Monthly charge $45.00. The monthly charge of $45.00 will be applied to facial services only.
Annual fee of $75.00. Membership must be used within a 3 month time frame. Failure to do so will forfeit membership.

I love having my facials done by Lilly. I travel quite a bit and have had facials at some very exclusive resorts, but the facial I get monthly from Lilly is the best. She doesn't get lazy and give you the same treatment each time you come; she examines your skin, asks the right questions and customizes the facial based on that information.
I would highly recommend her to anyone who has skin issues (my teenage sons go to her too) or who wants their brows done right every time!

U MedSpa & Massage is amazing! I've been going to Elisabeth for years for facials, chemical peels, brow wax & brow/lash tint because she is ALWAYS helpful, courteous, and very knowledgeable. She takes the extra steps to make my visits enjoyable each time. The products available are top quality and work wonders.
The new U MedSpa & Massage location is beautiful, relaxing and conveniently located to my area in the Vinings.
